If you write to us through the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, project type and message) for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a quote.

We do not use this data to send you advertising and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. (web hosting and visit statistics) and Resend (sending the email generated by the form). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the legal periods applicable to possible liabilities.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to valardoise@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise.
